Fun Day

Saturday is organized as Funday for students of primary section and a number of programmes are conducted in Kendriya Vidyalayas.
KVS has approved introduction of fun day in primary section on every Saturday. The objective of funday is to nurture children at the young age and bring out the hidden talent in different fields. The activities are intended to motivate students and help them become mentally healthy. Some examples of Funday activities include: Dancing, Skits, Music games, Sports, and Mental math. As per KVS guidelines every Saturday is conserved as funday. The time table for fun day activities is prepared in block periods. During these block periods various fun day activities are planned for classes 1st to 5th.
Parents and skilled people are invited for demonstration of relevant activities.
The Saturday funday programme are also planned according to the importance of the particular day.
